Jenipher planned an important (and somewhat stressful) event for me, and it ran smoother than I could have imagined. She is incredibly organized, sees to every detail, and is a joy to work with. I first met Jenipher in the 2000s when I was Senior Producer at the concert promoting company Metropolitan Entertainment, and she was our Client Service Representative at Ticketmaster. We spoke frequently during this period of rapid evolution in the ticketing industry—online sales, pre-sales, VIP packages, upsells, print-at-home tickets, fan-club allotments, off-platform sales, and an unprecedented volume of ticket holds to manage. In 2014, when I became Executive Producer at SummerStage in New York, one of my first priorities was establishing in-house ticketing. Jenipher was my first call, and once she joined the team she again proved indispensable, bringing deep expertise across all facets of ticketing operations.

I returned to Metropolitan Entertainment in 2015, and since then Jenipher and I have stayed in touch—first as my informal consultant and now as a friend. She has cultivated an exceptional breadth of knowledge in the ticketing world and consistently demonstrates the ability to perform in a demanding, time-sensitive field with grace, clarity, and ease.

I had the opportunity to work with Jenipher while I was I was VP, Global Experiential Marketing and Entertainment Partnerships at American Express and Jenipher was the Senior Manager Business Leadership at Momentum Worldwide. Jenipher was an impressive leader and project manager on quite a few high profile American Express activations with tight time lines and multifaceted event logistics . Jenipher was always a dedicated professional and problem solver who was able to work with various contributing agencies and manage the Card Member experience with finesse and expertise. Jenipher has a wealth of event knowledge and along with business acumen that makes her a great addition to any organization and a joy to work with.

While in my role within entertainment partnerships at American Express , Jenipher was my ticketing agency partner for 7 years. Jenipher did a great job managing various activations and ticketing for Amex events, including music, theater and sports, and had great attention to detail, understanding of Card Member expectations, and managed coordination for multiple events simultaneously, with various internal and external stakeholders.

I highly recommended Jenipher as knowledgeable, an excellent partner, comfortable with Card Members and as liaison between partners and Card Member on site at events.
